CANCELLATIONS: We do not accept cancellations for any pre-existing bookings. However, amendments can be made at your convenience. See below our amendment policy. AMENDMENT: Changes to timings and dates of bookings must be amended at least 5 days prior to your booking. Please call 01274 296792 to discuss this. If amendments are not altered within this grace period, an amendment fee of £25 per booking will be issued. Should you wish to change a treatment included in your spa package, please let us know as soon as possible as alterations cannot be guaranteed on the day and are subject to therapist's availability. BEFORE YOU ARRIVE: Some of our treatments and facilities are not suitable for guests with specific medical conditions or those who are pregnant. Please let us know if you are seeing a General Practitioner or have recently undergone surgery. From this, we can recommend the most appropriate spa experience for you. ON THE DAY: Please arrive at Royal Onsen Spa Reception at least 15 minutes before the booking time stated above. Our receptionists will welcome you and run through your personal itinerary. Complimentary robes, toiletries, disposable slippers, and refreshments will be provided. If your payment is a gift voucher, please remember to bring this with you to your booking. DURING YOUR VISIT: Pay and display parking is available within walking distance to our venue. Should your experience at Royal Onsen include a treatment, it may take place in one of our treatment rooms alongside a member of your party. SPA ETTIQUETTE: We politely request that guests keep noise to a minimum volume whilst using our facilities. Mobile devices and phones are permitted in our treatment rooms. However, please ensure other people’s privacy is also considered when using these devices. Swimwear must be worn.
